The Lindskov Family guarantees our upland bird hunting to be comparable to anywhere in the world. Your upland hunt with us here at Firesteel Creek Lodge will take you to a completely different ranch each day. You will hunt the never-ending horizon of the upland grasslands and the beautiful breaks of the Grand River country with its heavy brush draws and coulees, as well as the thousands of acres of stubble and corn fields. Throughout the course of a day, you will have the opportunity to hunt several species of upland game including the ever-popular and South Dakota world-renowned Ringnecked Pheasant, the heart-pounding Sharptail Grouse, and the ever elusive Hungarian Partridge.

Three days professionally guided hunting and four nights all-inclusive lodging for Ringneck Pheasant and as opportunity presents itself for Sharptail Grouse and Hungarian Partridge.
Grouse & Partridge Package (Opportunity Pheasant)
Three days professionally guided hunting and four nights all-inclusive lodging, explicitly for Sharptail Grouse and Hungarian Partridge and as opportunity presents itself for Ringneck Pheasant. A maximum of three to five hunters will be taken in a group on a Grouse/Partridge-Specific Hunt. We only allow a maximum of ten Grouse-Specific Hunters at a time at Firesteel Creek Lodge.

- Heated kennels w/automatic waterers available for those who wish to bring their own dogs. Dogs are not permitted in the rooms at the lodge
- Upland Hunting Licenses will be purchased at the lodge (2024 – $154)
- Shells are included in your hunt
- We will ship your birds FED Ex Next Day Air, but shipping charges are not included with the package
- To receive exclusive rights to lodge during your stay, you must pay for a minimum of 21 spots, regardless of number of hunters. If you book a group of 21 and do not bring 21, the charges for the hunters that do not show will be split by remaining hunting group
- A $1,500 deposit per hunter is required to reserve your hunting dates
- South Dakota sales tax will be added to your package cost
- Guide and staff gratuities are not included. (Suggested gratuity: 15%)
