I am thinking about the power of our recruitment agreements and the usefulness they could have in school systems, schools and teams. If people can coliformize and define their expectations for themselves and others and commit to engaging in a series of work agreements, so many obstacles that hinder successful progress can be removed. My goal is for all employees to realize that agreements do not require perfection. On the contrary, agreements help us to recognize and possess our mistakes, so that we can make commitments, to improve ourselves and take new measures in the future.
